Quality Technician IVDescription Job Purpose: Provides focused reporting support within Spencer Quality organization to assist with achievement of Site and Corporate requirements.Key Responsibilities: Ø Works closely with Receiving Inspection, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering Value Streams & Core Teams on data exchange.
Ø Maintains Quality reports.
Ø Interfaces with process owners to obtain required data and information, as needed, to evaluate monthly reports.
Ø Acts as a team member in supporting quality initiatives, decisions, and practices.
Ø Create Change Requests in PDM. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The position requires high school diploma with 18-24 months of related experience.
Viable candidates must have strong communication and team skills, production knowledge, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong demonstrated computer literacy is a must.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possessing good time management skills.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: The following are qualifications that we would prefer candidates to have.
The ideal candidate will have 2 year technical degree and previous experience with Business Warehouse, Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
Demonstrated knowledge of PDM
