Project Manager 80-90K+
project manager biotech pharma validation life cycle Top biotech/pharmaceutical company seeks Project Manager to contribute to the system life cycle (SLC) process for implementing business applications and systems.
The role will support project managers on large projects or lead small projects independently.
Responsibilities include: focusing on gathering business requirements; performing detailed analysis for existing and proposed systems; designing and documenting business processes and technical solutions in accordance with stated business challenge and project scope; creating detailed work estimates and project schedules; developing test plans and scripts, running tests, facilitating deployment (roll out) activities, creating and executing validation documentation; and ensuring that the systems are properly implemented in accordance with GxP, validation and internal company standards.
Additionally, developing work plans and schedules for small projects and for specific work streams in large projects.
You will be involved in the delivery of technology solutions supporting the scientific development and discovery areas of the business.
The solutions will encompass a full range of technologies including industry solutions and custom developed solutions.
You must be able to multi-task and prioritize work since they may work on several projects or efforts simultaneously.
Salary 80-90K+ bonus and great benefits package.
Requirements include: * 4+ years of relevant IT experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical development or laboratory areas.
* Firm understanding of structured system life cycles, computer systems validation, and have previous hands-on technical experience.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills * Advance knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project * BS in Computer Science or related course of study Other related skills that would be helpful: * Laboratory experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/chemical industry * 1+ year of computer programming (software development) experience * Experience with various biotech/pharmaceutical research software packages such as LIMS, compound registration, and molecular modeling.
