Has overall responsibility for the production of assigned crew or shift and the associates assigned to the department.

1. Balance quality, production, cost, safety/environment, and employee morale.

2. Manages departmental performance measures and provides regular reports to the respective department manager.

3. Ensures effective employee relations and performance management.

Provides coaching, development, problem resolution, and takes appropriate employment actions.

Minimum requirementsBA/BS in Business, Planning, Process Control, Quality Control, Industrial Technology or related field.

The equivalent experience to total at least 5 years of manufacturing experience with a minimum of two years of leadership experience Required years of experienceFive - Seven Years
