Production SupervisorDescription PURPOSEManage a production area to achieve plant and business objectives Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Innovation and change by communicating on key business initiatives and promoting employee engagement and specifically act as a lean deployment leader2 Supervise, lead and coach a group of product builders and production trainers while spending time on the production floor, including performance review, termination and labor resource.
Execute on-boarding, cross-training, personal development strategies for direct reports.
3. Meet quality objectives by ensuring compliance to quality systems and partner with Quality function as necessary4 Develop and achieve production plans, proactively identify and resolve issues5 Develop and communicate departmental goals in order to achieve effective core 5 metric performance and administer the Employee Incentive Program6 Investigate root cause(s) of non-conformances (ie NCMR, audit, etc.), identify and execute corrective actions by expected completion date(s)7 Work closely with cross-functional groups to develop continuous improvement plans (ie engineering, calibration, materials management, equipment engineering and quality) in order to achieve plant and departmental objectives8 Provide leadership and consistently adhere to company policies and procedures9 Perform shared leadership responsibilities and manage shared responsibilities for department.10. Ensure integrity of data systems (ie Kronos, SAP, LMS, TRS, PDM, etc.) QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or SKILLS BS/BA Degree in related field.
Minimum of 3 years of technical professional experience and 0-3 years people management experience.
