DescriptionJob Requirements:
Education required or preferred:
REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent education.
PREFERRED: Successful completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training course
Licensure/Certification required or preferred:
REQUIRED: Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy; Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) approved IV Certification
PREFERRED: National certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT)
Experience required or preferred:
PREFERRED: One-year previous hospital experience

Individual must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate the ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
