Located in Princeton NJ, the headquarters for our North American business, Novo Nordisk has approximately 2,000 employees nationwide handling sales, marketing, managed care, trade and government activities.
Other departments include medical, regulatory affairs and quality assurance, legal/patents, strategic business operations and human resources.
We're the United States affiliate of Novo Nordisk A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark, a world leader in diabetes care and other pharmaceutical products.
And at our manufacturing facility in Clayton, North Carolina, we have more than 380 employees supplying pharmaceutical products to the United States diabetes market and throughout the world.

RESPONSIBILITY: District Business Managers develop and lead sales teams in the execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Manages, trains, develops staff, and prepares regional budget and business plans.
RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Regional Business Director.
Manages a region's sales force, and has direct supervisory responsibility for Diabetes Care Specialists.
Works closely with peers and the home office to achieve sales objectives and to ensure the development of people.
Other relationships include physicians, key accounts, associations, field and home office personnel.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree required - major in Business or Marketing preferred At least 1 year of previous supervisory experience (2+ years preferred) Minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience required Significant record of sales accomplishments Diabetes product experience preferred Solid computer skills required (Windows, Word, Excel) Prior computer experience using sales data reporting software required Click HERE to apply.
