Medical Technician (MLT)/Hospital Customer Service Representative Houston TX US 77040Job Description : The Technician Customer Service Support Representative will be responsible for handling Hospital Accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
Strong communications, both written and verbal, organizational and time management skills are necessary.
Additional responsibilities include answering incoming calls from hospital clients, researching problems, finding sources for testing and working closely with the Hospital Referral department.
Prior technical lab experience is strongly preferred.
Previous technical support to clinics or hospitals is desired.
Typing 45wpm/10 key by touch.
Job Requirements : Medical Technician w/1-3 years applicable experience.
