Facilities Mechanic RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors and ensures the proper operation of the facilities equipment, and performs building PM on an on-going basis.
Performs routine and non-routine maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Documents maintenance performed as required by Good Manufacturing Practices.
Evaluates situations and recommends appropriate resolution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma HVAC certification required.
3 years experience in electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping and painting.
Prior experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC needed.
