Document Specialist - 0608222
Description Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development, LLC., a member of Johnson and Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Document Specialist located in Raritan or Titusville, NJ. This position supports the technical aspects of the document production for the Medical Writing group.
Responsibilities of the Document Specialist may include the creation of individual documents and virtual documents in Documentum, ensuring that internal document standards have been met with regard to formatting and adherence to required timelines, complex CoreDossier publishing, proper indexing and archiving of these documents.
Teamwork skills are important as the individual would be an extended member of the clinical team and must communicate closely with the Medical Writers.
Qualifications A minimum of an Associate's degree is strongly preferred as well as strong word processing skills.
A minimum of 2 years experience in the use of Word and Word-based templates including use of styles is required.
Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and/or CRO experience is a plus.
Experience in publishing using Documentum and CoreDossier is strongly preferred.
Also preferred are good interpersonal and teamwork skills, strong customer focus and the ability to move documents forward to completion.
Experience using Ultralinks and ISI toolbox is a plus as well as a familiarity with e-submissions guidelines.
