Novartis Sales Representatives are responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals, managed care and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory.

He/she must provide the most current information pertaining to our products and their approved indications in a manner, which will ensure the appropriate use of these products and achieve the business potential of the territory.

Job DescriptionProvides consultation to Senior leaders, managers and teams to enhance the effectiveness of large functions, key cross-functional intersections and the total organization.

Manage large scale change efforts during this period of expansion and growth.

Assesses critical business issues & designs OD interventions to enhance climate and company performance.

Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.

Proven track record of excellence and expertise in organizational assessment, organization design, team and leadership development, and change management across multiple functions and industries.

Minimum requirementsA strategic thinker able to observe organizational dynamics and address core organizational issues with a high level of effectiveness.

Ability to collaborate effectively across many levels and stakeholder groups.

Global experience a plus.

Broad understanding of core HR processes and ability to recommend utilization of HR solutions as part of OD interventions.
