" Description This position will be responsible for assuring that the basic foundation training for new hires is implemented with exceptional excellence at the regional level, Phase 4 and upon completion of Phase 2 home office initial training.
Additionally, the candidate will support and facilitate home office initial training, advanced training and continuous learning.
The candidate will also be responsible for the implementation of training to meet region-specific needs, such as train-the-trainers for POAs, skill development courses, compliance and technology upgrades, and roll out of new business initiatives.
Skills This position requires a BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2 years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience.
District Trainer or other training experience is strongly preferred.
This candidate should have capability for a future leadership position.
Strong skills in selling, territory management, clinical and technical (computer usage) knowledge, and group facilitation are required.
This position is field-based with no territory sales responsibility.
Candidate must be able to travel.
