Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistants Global pharmaceutical manufacturer and developer has several long term temporary positions available for immediate start.
You can make a difference and support executives in an area that touches peoples lives everywhere.
Responsibilities are varied and interesting.
Administrative duties include travel arrangements, expense report preparation, e-calendar maintenance, conference call planning and graphic presentations.
MSOffice proficiency is a must; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
Strong communication skills are also necessary.
In return for your Administrative support, you will be working in a professional environment that fosters growth in responsibilities and a flexible 40 hour work schedule.
