Store Manager (1319)

Urban Outfitters operates stores in North America, and Europe as well as the Urban Direct web site and catalog.
Job Description: We are searching for a Store Manager that has an entrepreneurial spirit and can achieve an overall positive vibe in the Urban Outfitters environment for both its customer and employees.
This candidate must have several years of high volume specialty store experience in a store manager role, with a strong emphasis on product, service and visual presentation.
A successful Urban Outfitters Store Manager must possess: -Excellent people development skills -Effective leadership and communication style -Ability to multi-task while ensuring appropriate service standards are met -Strong operational and analytical skills -Creative merchant skills that reflect current trends with a thorough understanding of our aesthetic and customer to drive business The Store Manager serves as the ultimate leader of their store, developing and motivating the entire staff to provide a superior level of customer service that will maximize sales and profits.
