Process is predominantly extrusion blowmolding, with some injection and stretch-blow.
The company operates 14 plants and employs 1620 people in 7 states.
Job Description See job responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Reports to Operations Manager Oversee manufacturing departments, to include: safety, quality, labor, efficiencies, productivity, scheduling, housekeeping, maintenance Coordinate with sales department Lead daily production meetings with all department managers Full P&L responsibilities Job Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience on senior manufacturing plant management level with 120+ employees Successful background handling full P&L resonsibilities Positive leader and motivator Knowledge and experience in plastics extrusion blow molding process Team player Proven background in running successful operation Committed to safety and quality
