The best PC field technicians are independent self-starters, who have the drive, technical aptitude, and interpersonal skills to perform component-level, hardware repair in a manner that exceeds the customer's expectations and solves their problems quickly and effectively! Our talented Qualxserv Service Partners should have: Hands-on experience with IBM or Dell computer equipment preferred Must have an A+ Certification (or obtain one within 90 days after employment) Vehicle w/ registration & insurance Knowledge of PC/Laptop repair Ability to travel to customer location Ability to lift and, or move various computer equipment Must be able to take calls during the normal business day Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and initiate action.
