Maintenance Person ~ Leasing Agent ~ BookkeeperRNA RENTAL LLC Maintenance Person ~ for residential rental properties.
Must have maintenance/repair skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC, and clean-up.
Standard hours Mon.-Fri. 8 AM to 4:30 PM plus overtime and Saturdays as needed.
Must have excellent driving record and serve on-call duty in rotation and work alone wth minimum direction.
Paid holidays and vacation.
___________________________________Leasing Agent ~ excellent computer data entry and file reference skills, work well with customers in multi-tasking, demanding environment.
Leasing, collecting, complaints, work orders, etc. Standard hours Mon.-Fri. 8:30 AM to 5 PM plus alternate Saturdays 9 AM- 1 PM. Occasional overtime.
Must have good driving record.
Paid holidays and vacation.
___________________________________Bookkeeper ~ Proven record of excellent bookkeeping skills: receivables, payables, deposits, reports, filing, preparing court prosecution files, bank reconciliation.
Excellent data entry and Excel skills.
Yardi experience very helpful.
Excellent accuracy and reliability; good driving record.
Must be able to back up leasing positions.
Standard hours 9 AM to 5 PM Mon.-Fri. plus 9 AM to 1 PM on first Saturday of the month.
Paid holidays and vacation.
