MAINTENANCE ENGINEER: Fourth Court of Appeal
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER State of Florida-Fourth District Court of Appeal.
This is responsible work performing custodial and minor routine maintenance tasks.
Responsible for cleaning court facilities and grounds including restrooms, furniture, carpets, waxing and polishing floors, and making routine repairs such as changing light fixtures and minor plumbing.
May be required to move heavy furniture and carry supplies and equipment.
Work is performed under general supervision.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Two years of experience in maintenance and custodial work preferred.
Salary range: $2,174.43-$4,028.98 (monthly plus benefits.
