Embedded Software Engineer
As per given in job description.
**NO AGENCIES PLEASE**4 MONTHS CONTRACT POSITION** Candidate MUST have demonstrated ability to function on your own with minimal direction.
Must possess proven programming skills with expertise / knowledge with Microsoft Access 2000 and Visual Basic for Applications (Office 2000) as well as Visual Basic 60 Knowledge of Visual C++, SourceSafe (CM tool), and InstallShield is highly desired.
Must also be fluent in Data Access Objects (DAO) and ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) record sets as well as Microsoft SQL constructs.
Desired competencies include: Software Development Tools Knowledge of software development and testing tools (e.
g., editors, compilers, linkers, desktop simulations, configuration management tools, requirements management tools) capability and usage.
Software Research Knowledge of software research methodologies (e.
g., design of experiments, data collection, statistical analysis).
Embedded Software Coding Construct and check code by utilizing software development environment (e.
g., operating systems, editors, compilers, linkers, desktop simulations, configuration management tools), and programming languages (e.
g., higher order language, auto-coded languages, assembly language) in order to implement design and satisfy allocated requirements Information Technology Fluency The ability to utilize technological tools (e.
g., PC's, web sites) and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads, responsibilities, problem identification and resolution.
