Benefits Administrator
Benefits Administrator Job Requisition Number: 800279 Selected candidate will coordinate the administration of employee benefits program seeking to ensure the best possible program within the confines of reasonable cost.
Will be responsible for administration of self-insured healthcare program.
Informs management of trends and developments in the field of company benefits.
Gives advice and counsel regarding current developments in benefit programs.
Consults and advises employees on benefits eligibility.
Conducts new hire orientation.
Gathers, verifies and correlate costs of benefits and benefits usage information for use in management reports.
Participation in proposal writing related to benefits.
Processes and maintains benefits records and documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage.
Distribution of employee communication information.
Be nefits survey participation.
Analyze cost and usage of potential benefit changes and potential new benefits programs.
Must Have the Following: BS degree in Human Resources, Benefits Administration or other related field.
At least 4 years of related experience.
Ability to work well with others and have a positive attitude.
Candidate should be enthusiastic, responsible, creative and energetic.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to adapt quickly to new circumstances, likes a challenge and has a service attitude.
Must be able to travel and work overtime when necessary.
Ability to obtain a security clearance, if needed.
