ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Administrative Assistant MAKE A DIFFERENCE! We are a nationally prominent non-profit civil rights/human relations organization seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to work in our Denver Office.
The responsibilities of the position include assisting with event planning and meeting preparation; maintaining mailing lists and donor database; scheduling appointments; composing and editing correspondence; and performing diverse and challenging administrative duties.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring close attention to detail working with other professional staff in a busy office.
We require a High School Graduate (College degree preferable), plus at least two years' related experience.
The candidate must possess excellent telephone skills, be able to write basic business letters; be able to arrange meetings; and be computer proficient in Microsoft Office.
