Youth MST Counselor: Haven House Inc.
Master's level Therapist to work with Youth Job Description MST is a well-researched community-based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity and their families.
Interested persons may locate information about this treatment model on the internet at www.mstservices.com. Duties include assessment, treatment, and collaboration with families, youth and community agency staff.
Therapist will work with families in their homes, schools, or other community locations.
Therapist will function as part of a team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation.
Must be available to provide periodic on-call 24-hour coverage via telephone.
Specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy and behaviorally-based treatments preferred.
Skills / Requirements Master's in a mental health field A criminal background check and valid drivers license requiredPreferred fluency in Spanish and English Compensation and Benefits Salary in the mid 30's to start with flexible scheduling Other benefits include: 401K with 6% match, employer paid medical, long term disability, life insurance, optional dental, short-term disability, additional life insurance, paid holidays, paid sick and annual leave
