We have an opportunity for a Residential Program Manager in the Developmental Services Division.
Position description: The Program Manager provides overall administration and clinical operation of a residential program in the Developmental Services Division, including all activities related to the daily operations of a residential setting.
Responsible for ISP/ PSTPs, clinical programs and other treatment plans, fiscal management, licensing, quality and safety standards, supervision of staff and contact with persons served and families.All applicants must have a valid US driver’s license for one year and be at least 21 years of age. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related.
A minimum of three years experience in human services.
Massachusetts’s driver’s license required.
Experience may be substituted for academic training.
Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification required.
