Training Assistant: Marbridge
Training Assistant for Assisted Living FacilityMarbridge is currently looking for a Training Assistant for our Training & Education department.
Marbridge is a residential care facility that takes care of adults, 18 and older, who have cognitive challenges.
This position reports to the Director and serves two purposes, to be utilized as a Substitute Instructor and as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities Include
1. Fills in as a substitute Instructor when needed.
This includes teaching lesson plans to residents for various subjects.
2. Daily organization and up keep of the Training & Education offices: Dust and vacuum the office weekly.
Make coffee each morning for staff and resident visitors Take trash out daily.
Keep refrigerator clean and organized.
Purchase supplies for cleaning and meals.
Keep supply closet organized and stocked.
Keep copy machine and fax machine in working order.
3. Daily, weekly, monthly paperwork, filing and organizatio
4. Review payroll punch detail reports and leave tim
5. Work Orders Collect, receive and track all orders.
6. Review all Accounts Payable tracking report
7. Responsible for Petty Cash Includes weekly balancing and reportin
8. Keep update financials on Special Olympics events Requirements: Professional, well-spoken, ability to speak to guests and family members in a manner that makes Marbridge look its best.
Excellent organizational skills good knowledge of WORD and Excel, good telephone skills, good writing skills, neat handwriting.
High School degree required Excellent attendance and ability to be flexible on a daily basis.
Comfortable with Marbridge population and working as a member of a team.
