Teen Program Coordinator: Commonbond Communities
Teen Program Coordinator - (FT) Skyline Tower St. Paul CommonBond Communities, a nationally recognized provider of affordable housing and support services for residents, is looking for a full-time 40 hrs/wk Teen Program Coordinator to work at Skyline Tower in St. Paul, MN. The Teen Program Coordinator will work with other Advantage Center staff to design, develop and implement social, recreational and enrichment programs and activities for teen-aged residents of Skyline Tower.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
1. ) Bachelors degree.
2. ) Three years experience working with teens.
3. ) Two years program management experience.
4. ) Ability to network and develop community partnerships.
5. ) Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
6. ) Demonstrated experience working with populations of diverse age, income, race, national origin and disabilities.
7. ) Ability to utilize MS office software programs.
8. ) Supervision experience.
9. ) Good conflict resolution skills.
10. ) Ability to work effectively with people with limited English skills.
11. ) Ability to work well in a multiagency and collaborative team environment.
12. ) Bi-lingual in English and Somali.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
1. ) Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
2. ) Ability to open and close file drawers.
3. ) Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
4. ) Ability to file documents.
5. ) Ability to type data into a computer.
OTHER REQUIREMENT
1. ) Must have access to reliable transportation.
2. ) Must be willing and able to travel between assigned sites.
