Staffing Coordinator: Bridgewell
An exciting opportunity has been created for a staffing professional with experience in temporary placements! Bridgewell will be moving to a web-based software application and process to centralize per diem staffing.
We are seeking a professional who will be able to coordinate the implementation of this process and also coordinate relief staffing on a day to day basis following system start up. Additional duties include recruitment of per diem staffing as needed.
Regular hours for this position in general are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, however two of those days will require a modified work schedule to accommodate early evening recruitment needs.
This position is part of the Human Resources Department.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in a temporary staffing coordinator capacity and/or have the ability to coordinate staffing in a high volume atmosphere.
Must have experience with scheduling software (Shiftboard preferred), databases, ATS and be proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
In addition, must be able to multi-task, have an excellent customer service track record, and be detail oriented.
Bachelors degree preferred; Associates required.
