Goodwill Industries of Western CT is seeking a Site Supervisor for our New London Residential Services.

The Site Supervisor will provide group and/or individualized instructions and training in all aspects of daily living and worked related skills according to Individual Services Plans and behavioral plans.

Organize recreational activities, document service provision, responsible for the on-call rotation, oversee administrative and compliance activities, also train, supervise and evaluate direct-care staff in their assigned work site.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education , Behavioral Science or Associates degree and 2yrs experience in a related field Supervisory experience 2yrs.

Experience in brain injury preferred Rotating weekend on-call schedule Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.

Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word Must be well-organized, creative; demonstrate initiative and attention to detail Drug screen and Criminal background check required Benefits we offer: Highly competitive pay. Career advancement opportunities.
