Positions at the Broadway Program: Southeast Works
Habilitation Trainer Habilitation Trainer needed to work with adults with developmental disabilities in the Day Hab and Broadway programs.
Job duties include (but are not limited to): Interacting with program participants on-site and off-site, acting as treatment team member for program participants, implementing each persons individual program plan, and providing active treatment to program participants addressing needs in the areas of independent living, nutrition, and self-care.
Requirements: Associate's Degree in education or human services with at least one year of experience with disabled adults, or High School degree or equivalent with three years experience, valid driver's license.

Will coordinate, develop, implement and monitor the participant's individual service plan, respond to situations and emergencies to assist staff and participants during program hours and as required to meet protective oversight requirements.
Requirements: MS degree in Human Services and 1 year full time paid experience with persons with disabilities or BA degree in Human Services and 2 years experience with persons with disabilities and valid NYS license.

Incumbent will collect data and develop summaries related to participant behavior to assist the Behavior Specialist to develop individualized behavior plans, distribute to appropriate staff, and assist program staff to implement these under the direction of the Behavior Specialist.
