Description: Will assist with psychosocial assessement, discharge planning, referral for community resources, crisis prevention and reporting patient abuse.

Requirements: Must possess MSW or LCSW, and be currenty registered with the board of behavioral science examiners.

Previous related experience within an acute care facility is strongly preferred.

Additional Information: Currently we have Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
