Assistant Director Juvenile Justice DYSAssistant Program Director Eliot Short Term Treatment, a secured program for adolescent males committed to DYS located in Roxbury seeks a candidate who is a flexible individual with exceptional leadership, communication & organizational skills.
Responsibilities Assisting the Director in management of day-to-day operationHiring, training and scheduling staff Ensure all aspects of program structure, philosophy, and behavioral management systems are followed.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday scheduled position requires some evening hours.
Qualifications: BA/BS in related field with at least two years of related experience required.
Knowledge of the population.
Knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements regarding clinical and behavioral treatment of individuals.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and possess a valid driver s license and reliable transportation https://www8.
