Human Resources Generalist
The Urban Land Institute, located in the heart of Georgetown, is searching for a high quality Human Resources Generalist to add to its team.

Summary: Under the guidance of the HR Director, the Generalist will develop and administer human resources policies, programs and practices.
The incumbent will maintain the day-to-day HR administrative functions such as benefits, training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years experience in a related Human Resources position.
Strong interpersonal, consultative and communication skills.
PHR preferred.
