Our DC office has an opportunity available for an Education & Program Services Coordinator responsible for achieving excellent customer service and satisfaction by assisting with the implementation of Client certification and education program needs, coordinating the work of self and others in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated Experience: Coordinating all aspects of certification program Committee volunteer recruitment and management coordinating committee, test development and item writing meetings Candidate eligibility review Correspondence with exam candidates and certificants Serve as main point of contact for testing vendor Attendance at client meetings; travel as needed Assisting with the development of financials (monitoring revenue/ expense performance, and staff time and fees) Assisting with the development of client certification program informational materials Oversee recertification, accreditation and audit processes as necessary Allocating time according to budget and creating critical dates project plans Contributing effective and creative ideas to client planning and analysis processes Overseeing integrity of communications with internal teams, vendors, speakers, and volunteers as it relates to educational programs and initiatives Assisting supervisors and coordinating activities of Assistants and other staff as required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience in program/project coordination and/or association management environment preferred.
Solid PC experience with Windows operating system and a variety of software programs(Microsoft Office Suite including database management experience) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in time management and organizational skills (multiple concurrent tasks) High level of detail orientation SmithBucklin is proud to offer the following benefits which include but, are not limited to: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement and Educational Assistance.
