Director, Day Programs & Clinical Services: Southeast Works
Director Day Programs & Clinical Services The Director of Day Programs and Clinical Services is responsible to follow the strategic direction in leading the design, development, implementation, management and evaluation of Day and Clinical Services including the following types of services: Medicaid Service Coordination; Day Services; Recreation Services and Intake/Census Services.
The Director will serve as the liaison between the Agency Day Programs and Clinical Services and the Southeast Support Association (SESA).
The Director furthers Agency Program Development via submission of Grant Proposals.
This leadership role includes responsibility for integrating initiatives cross functionally within the organization as they relate to services, satisfaction and compliance.
Requirements: Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field; PLUS one-year full time paid work experience in a rehabilitation facility with persons with disabilities, or Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field; PLUS four-year full time paid work experience in a rehabilitation facility with person with disabilities, and one year of administrative experience in a developmental disability program or human service agency serving people with special needs.
