Direct Support Professional: Community Concepts, Inc.
Community Concepts, Inc., a mission-based business devoted to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in small group residential settings, is looking for PT/FT Direct Support Professionals I and II ($13.50-14.50/hour) who are flexible in spirit, have a positive attitude and are capable of supporting people with significant behavioral challenges.
Full time positions include an array of benefits to include Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, Vacation, Sick, and Personal Leave as well as paid holidays.
We also offer a host of voluntary benefits such as life, disability and pet insurance.

Requirements Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS or 2 years of experience providing support to people with special needs and are energetic multi-taskers.
If you enjoy participating in activities and trips in the community and helping people broaden their horizons and embrace new dreams, this is the job for you! Experience supporting individuals with significant behavioral challenges is preferred.
Must be able to work evenings, overnights, and weekends, meet our driving criteria and pass required background clearances.
College students welcome.
