Custodial Positions: Southeast Works
Janitorial Trainer Janitorial Trainer needed to oversee the in-house cleaning crews staffed by the clients that we serve, maintain supplies/equipment and maintain adequate cleaning schedule, and respond to building Janitorial support requests as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School or equivalency diploma PLUS one year janitorial experience and/or one year experience in working with adults with developmental disabilities.

S/he performs duties in close collaboration with the Janitorial Trainer and Maintenance staff.
Develops and maintains cleaning schedules that ensure a professional, polished and healthy environment across a multi-site Agency.
S/he encourages everyones involvement in preserving a healthy, organized workspace.
Work hours are M-F 11:00 am 7:00 pm. Requirements: High School or equivalency diploma PLUS one year cleaning or general maintenance experience, and possess a valid drivers license.
