We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Team.
The CFO reports directly to the Executive Director and has primary responsibility for corporate performance analysis, financial planning, overseeing accounting practices, policy development and supervision of 25 staff.
A member of the Executive team, the CFO must be an effective leader and manager, of impeccable character, and fully embrace Lexingtons mission.
Preferred candidates will possess a Masters degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration plus 7-10 years finance experience.
Background must indicate high-level management and financial ability.
Knowledge of cost accounting, Medicaid or other government funding a plus.
