Case Manager
You can make a difference at PSI Family Services!We ar currently seeking for dedicated and energetic individuals for our Case Manager position in Washington, DC. The Case Manager is responsible for assessing the needs of families and children [ages infant through 14] for our Childrens programs.
Conducts social assessments, identifies family and individual children's needs, and writes goals and strategies for Individual Service Plans.
Provides both home-based and clinic-based services, along with maintaining contacts with community agencies.
Qualifications Must have a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
Knowledge of child care regulations, early intervention programs, and development needs of at-risk children is preferred.
A car is required.
