Canvass Director
Management for a Rapidly Growing Canvassing Team Fundraising Initiatives is the World's largest provider of face-to-face fundraising services to charities and nonprofits.
We have recently launched our operation in the U.
S and currently seek a dynamic, experienced canvass director to help drive our development.
The successful candidate will have experience of being the lead director of a busy canvassing operation in the U.
S, ideally for an organization such as the Fund for Public Interest Research, Citizen Action Network, Clean Water Action, Greenpeace, Grassroots Campaigns or Dialogue Direct.
Many of the practices and priorities from those organizations will be directly applicable to this role and you will be directly trained and managed by a similarly trained staff person.
To be able to fully perform this role, you must be: - ambitious, focused, highly motivated by campaign work and willing to go the extra mile to be successful - geographically flexible and willing to relocate to other parts of the country as our operation expands - able to drive and have access to a vehicle, have a home computer and competency with a range of software Our pay system is the most generous in the field, with potential to double the salary of some of our competitors.
We also offer full health care coverage after three months and three weeks paid vacation per year.
