Association Senior Assistant

Our Washington, DC office has an excellent opportunity available for an Association Coordinator responsible for providing excellent customer service and satisfaction in an administrative support capacity for SmithBucklin's non-profit client organizations.
Desired demonstrated experience should be in the following areas: - Program management and coordination - Primary point of contact for membership development and retention - Establishing business relationships with Committee and Board members - Membership database management - Client website management and maintenance - Coordinating production and editing of any client communications - Financial responsibilities such as processing membership dues, oversight of budget and/or monthly financial reporting - Coordinating seminars/conferences - Working to support team effort - Project management on a needed basis Qualifications: - Bachelors degree from a four year accredited college/university - 1-2 years of agency or non-profit experience or association management experience in related industry - PC experience with Windows operating system and a variety of software programs (Microsoft Office - Strong focus on customer service - Database management experience, iMIS preferred - Fluency in Spanish a must SmithBucklin is proud to offer the following benefits which include but, are not limited to: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement and Educational Assistance.
