Association Assistant
International Professional Society Seeks Recent Grad SmithBucklin, established in 1949, originated as an association management company.
Presently we serve national trade associations, professional and scientific societies, corporations, and information technology groups with offices in Chicago, Washington, DC, and St. Louis.

Our Washington DC office has an entry level opportunity working on behalf of an international healthcare client.
We are seeking an individual willing to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in an administrative support capacity.
This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate to gain experience in a fast paced work environment.
Demonstrated experience: Providing Administrative support to client and staff team Maintaining first-rate customer service as front-line client / member contact (answering client inquiries) Assisting in coordination of conference/meeting logistics Supporting Association organizations including Volunteers, Members, Committees and Chapters Assisting supervisors and staff team with project work as required Qualifications: Bachelors degree required Entry level position in agency or non-profit experience in related industry helpful PC experience with Windows operating system and a variety of software programs (Microsoft Office) Database management experience (iMIS preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Time management and organizational skills Strong customer service focus Must be extremely detail oriented, high energy and enjoy working with consumers/members.
