Manager, Business Analysis - Finance ITBusiness partnership and technology expertise- Serve as a senior IT liaison to the Finance organization including both domestic and international accounting operations through building, maintaining/fostering a partnership; expected to contribute to developing and implementing business based IT strategies, including operations gap analysis, developing project and technical roadmaps, and partner with IT leadership- Demonstrate strong understanding of financial operations and supporting technology, with high-level understanding of how finance relates to other business units Project management and solution delivery- Ensure solution delivery meets business need and expectation through business requirements and thorough understanding of business drivers and strategy- Participate in defining business needs to translate into process or technology solutions- Work with technical teams to develop technical requirements and solutions- Is accountable for projects throughout entire lifecycle; able to make critical decisions with limited or no input or guidanceSupport and business continuity- Be proactive in identifying solutions or opportunities that can help improve Business processes across functions- Be point of contact for business focused capability questions and understand overall business technology strategy and be able to identify and leverage resources across IT as well as escalate critical issues to appropriate leadership- Collaborates across multiple functional areas within IT and the business.
