Word Processor / Document Production Job in Kevil 42053, Kentucky US
Perform a wide range of word processing, document formatting, document production, all in accordance with some of established procedures and guidelines listed below.
Must have a resume to apply.NO PHONE CALLS.Job Duties: *Formatting documents, reports, and forms using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Adobe Acrobat.
*Managing a large number of electronic files.
*responding to requests from client, supervisors, and in house staff.
*Copying, preparing, and distributing reports for internal, DOE, or regulator distribution.
*Performing other assignments as required.
Ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience in a secretarial/clerical role.
Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel, knowledgeable of Access, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Thorough knowledge of grammatical rules, spelling, punctuations, and required formats.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and sensitive and confidential information.
