Windows Systems Administrator Job in Fort Wayne 46898, Indiana US
Customer is looking for a Systems Administrator in Ft. Wayne, IN to assist with a number of different initiatives.
The customer has a number of projects in the pipeline with time sensitive end dates and needs 2 folks to assist with either day to day Systems Administration or possible support on specific projects.
Projects consist of Data Center relocation, Upgrade 250 Windows servers from 2000 to 2003 and will look to upgrade to 2008 2nd quarter of 2010.
Environment consists for 1600 Windows Servers in a Windows 2000/2003 environment.
58% virtual using VMware.
It would be a plus is candidate has SCCM (Systems Center Configuration Manager (new SMS tool) or SCOM (Systems Center Operations Manager Must have Systems Administration in Enterprise Environment Windows 2000/2003.
Must have VMware experience to consist of creating new VM's and or Cloning VM's.
Work day is Monday-Friday 8-5, but must be willing to work some nights to do server upgrades.
Required Skills: Window Server 03/08, VMWAREJoin TEKsystems® and get your career on the fast track.
