WebFocus Developer Job in MUNDELEIN, Illinois US
Client in northwest Chicago suburbs is seeking a professional analyst/developer with a minimum of 3-5 years of WebFOCUS experience.
This role is for a technical WebFocus resourcenot a business end-user of WebFocus.
The candidate should be able to work with users to define requirements and build solutions in the WebFOCUS environment.
He or she should have a background in the FOCUS language, Developer Studio, the Managed Reporting Environment, Report Caster, and general WebFOCUS administration.
HTML development skills and building interactive applications in the WebFOCUS environment are helpful as well.
They are looking for someone who, with guidance from a business analyst, can put a technical design together for objects to be developed in an .ASP / Oracle environment.
PL/SQL skills and .asp web development skills are a must.
Some experience with a front-end reporting tool like Crystal Reports would be a big benefit as well, though this skill set can be learned fairly quickly.
They would strongly prefer someone who has worked in a warehousing/distribution environment.
