S1 is seeking a Web-Interactive Designer for a full time position in the Postilion Division of S1 Corporation in Austin.
Web-Interactive Designer is a member of the Creative Services Organization (CSO) and is responsible for design of customer website and implementation of customer web solutions.
The Web-Interactive Designer also will work, under the direction of the CSO Manager, with internal marketing teams.
Web-Interactive Designers are involved in the creation, design and production of a single project from conception through production.
Web-Interactive Designers are responsible for maintaining the brand standards for each project in conjunction with the Creative Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

· Design websites within S1s content management solution to meet customer requirements.
· Build positive relationships and rapport with customers· Works closely with CSO team members to concept and produce dynamic Flash animations, including websites, online advertising banners, and possible Flash applications.
· Work closely with CSO team members to conceptualize, design, and implement websites using best practices and defined processes.
· Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary.
· Test customer websites for optimum performance, usability and accessibility.
· Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites when requested by clients.
· Under the direction of the CSO Manager, work with internal marketing teams on special flash, video, or print projects, or any other project brought before the CSO team.
· Coordinate and communicate with Support, Development and other S1 organizations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE · Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
· Online web portfolio is a must.
· Expert knowledge in HTML, CSS, Actionscript and web driven applications.
· 2-3 years web design and graphic manipulation experience, ex. Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc. .
· Experience working with JavaScript.
· Experience working with motion graphics, using programs like After Effects major plus.
· Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.
· Knowledge of internet best practices, particularly around security, usability and accessibility.
· Quick learner, self-starter, self-directed and independent thinker.
· Ability to communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
· Strong familiarity with web browser capabilities and differences across different operating systems.
· Strong multi-tasking, time and stress management skills.
