Web Developer Job in Grand Rapids, Michigan US
Permanent Opportunity in Grand Rapids, MI in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentThis is a system and support analyst position that will have direct interaction with clients and the internal development team; the person will be responsible for technical and system support along with testing from a user perspective, browser testing defect and bug reporting and escalation.
In regards to technical issues, this person first level support; otherwise, they will collect and document the information for review and resolution by the development team so that they may, when possible resolve the issue programmatically.
When a work-around is necessary, this individual will work with both the internal team and the clients team to determine a suitable solution.
1 to 3 years experience in a customer facing support analyst role in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
Experience with the following technologies: Asp.net, SQL 2005, C#, CSS, & HTML is desired.
Associate or bachelors degree with 1 to 3 years of applicable experienceThe ideal candidate needs to be: A doer; someone who is not afraid to jump in and get things done without waiting to be toldAttention to detailExcellent communication skills and follow throughExcellent trouble shooting skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsGood logicDoes this make sense from a users perspective?Experience dealing with various browsers, ie IE, Firefox, etc.
