Web Developer Job in Boise 83702, Idaho US
Web DeveloperDescription: Volt is currently looking for a Web Developer for a contract to hire position in Boise.
The Web Developer will be responsible for web site development and maintenance and occasionally will be needed for technical support.

Install, configure and maintain Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) serversEstablish server directory trees, segregating public and private filesDesign, develop and update information in databasesDevelop, code, install, test, debug and document Web-based applicationsDevelop web application infrastructureAssure web server and application server technical performanceProvides project leadership for multi-faceted integrated database and web applicationsDiagnose and fix bugs and problems with web applications and/or web sitesResearch and analyze new technologiesAssist in the planning of overall agency strategy regarding web developmentInsures that servers and browsers are configured to provide visibility of site to the largest possible audienceSets up and implements web-based CA authorization on web sites, directories and pagesDocument agency internet services.

Requirements: Good knowledge of internet/web tools, technologies and protocols; computer graphic design techniquesExperience using graphics, content and HTML coding to generate and manage web sites and pages; using C#.
Net, VB.Net, ASP.Net and Visual Studio.Net to generate interactive web-based enterprise-wide applications and databasesExperience independently evaluating and defining customer/system needs, recommending new IT solutions and evaluating Web server software and/or operating systemsExperience securing web sites and the techniques utilizedExperience with SQL database design and/or E-CommerceLocation: Boise, IDType: CONTRACTDuration: Temp to HirePay Rate: $20.
