Warehouseman Job in Santa Fe Springs 90670, California US
· All warehouseduties involving Receiving, Shipping, Production, Order Fulfillment, InventoryControl, and Housekeeping.
· Performwarehouse duties related to the receipt, counting, labeling, data entry,storage, retrieval, movement, and kitting of product, parts or material.
· Workon assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is requiredin resolving problems and making routine recommendations as needed.
· Receiveslittle or no instructions on routine work and specific instructions onnon-routine issues.
· Storesproduct by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according toproduction and shipping requirements; updating location database.
· Pullskits, supplies and supports shipments with the material needed to completerequirements while maintaining an accuracy rate of +98%.
· Documentsactions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
· Maintainmaterial and parts inventory and status information to facilitate the movementof material between Receiving, Warehouse and off-site warehouse areas.
· Monitorsinventory by completing counts as required.
98% count accuracy must bemaintained.
· Followand maintain safety guidelines and good housekeeping practices that comply withcompany policies and procedures.
· Accomplishesdistribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
A successful candidate will have the followingqualifications: 3 - 5 years related experienceSit Down/Stand-up forklift experience reqd.
High School DiplomaMust be able to multi-taskExcellent computer skillsExperience with Microsoft OfficeStrong math skillsStrong analytical skills and problem solving capabilitiesStrong written communication skillsDetail orientedProfessionalismAble to read, write, speak EnglishTeamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Data Entry Skills, Dependability, Supervision
