Duties: Manage personnel to meet repair timeframesServe as 1st and 2nd level support for network repair and transport issuesProvide leadership and guidance to techniciansReview trouble tickets, address complaints and recommend process improvementsManage NOC and keep to the established metricsTrend outages and network events Correct and log service interruptionsManager over customer service Requirements: 7+ years of experience as a communications technician in network operations or maintenance center 4+ years in a management roleWorking knowledge of Cisco, Adtran, Lucent, DS3, DACSExcellent customer facing skillsBS Degree desired
