We are seeking an executive with strong leadership skills and a rich diversified experience in manufacturing and operational management.
The ideal candidate will possess a well rounded knowledge of assembly operations and strong procurement experience and skills.
We are seeking an executive manager with a strong technical background.
Experience in modern assembly techniques, lean manufacturing, procurement and plant layout is a must.
Job Responsibilities: Provide operational leadership and plant management.
Manage operational personnel and departmental budgets.
Develop and implement production, operational and financial plans.
Manage a continuous improvement plan and associated activities.
Manage international material sourcing process.
Reduce material and operational costsManage inventory level and inventory content.
Improve vendor quality and on time delivery.
Assist in development of workforce through selection and training.
Assist with improvement of housekeeping and safety standards.
Education Requirements: A Bachelors degree in engineering, a Masters degree in business or engineering desired.
Strong emphasis on strategic planning, project management, and leadership skills.
Industry Knowledge: Five years experience in a manufacturing executive role.
Five years of procurement management including experience in purchasing electronic circuit boards.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, ISO quality certification, 5S housekeeping principles, team building, inventory control, international shipping, scheduling, purchasing, electronics, paint applications, hazardous waste management, safety, and ergonomics.
