Their primary function is to drive sales revenue of annuity, by maximizing the value of the relationship between the home office and Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs).Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and develop FMOs for the purpose of increasing premium and the number of agents contracted with Allianz.
Act as a communication liaison from the field to the Home Office, including ensuring strong sales results and a high-quality working relationship with all operations areas.
Trusted advisor to FMOs.
Involved in their annual planning process, as well as marketing, sales, and hiring plans.
Mentor Regional Director of Sales, and Sr. Marketing Reps.
Manage their activity to be aligned with the annual sales plan.
Facilitate and coordinate the FMOs relationship with the life, Broker/Dealer Development teams for the purpose of driving results.
Deliver various Allianz value-added programs and marketing initiatives to the FMOs.
Manage the Regional Administrators.Key Requirements/Skills/Experience -College degree or equivalent experience-L,A,H Insurance License required-Series 7 or 6 preferred-10+ years of financial service industry experience required; preferred focus on annuities or life insurance-3-5 years of experience in the delivery of sales training programs required-Demonstrated ability to facilitate sales training programs-Strong public speaking skills-Strong communications skills, written and verbal-Familiarity with a variety of sales training programs-Ability to manage difficult personalities-Ability to manage multiple tasks to successful completion-Ability to work in a dynamic work place -Ability to self manage time and work load-Vast knowledge on Investments, Annuities and Advanced Markets-Demonstrated ability to coach and manage individuals towards desired results-Ability to work in a team oriented work environment-Project management skills-Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities-Desire to support and maintain client relationships (Internal and External)-Attention to detail-3-5 years of commissioned sales experience preferred-40-50% travel requiredAdditional Information Why Allianz?
